Looking for items...

I have a 55g saltwater tank

that I started building about two months ago. I have readied the water, introduced some live rock, 3 damels and 1 royal gramma. The water has been tested weekly and has stayed stable.

So now I'm ready to introduce some more items, but as you all know this is an expensive hobby

and I'm getting a bit strapped for money.

I am looking for live rock, beginner livestock or plants, things for a beginners reef tank. I would be more than willing to pay for the shipping if anyone has any overstock they are willing to part with.

I went to Kelley's

and they had a very limited selection of items. I did dig around and find a Coralife Super Skimmer. So now I have a project.

..setting it up. I wish I could post pictures of this project as it is going along, but my USB ports don't work on my computer

...once they do I will start a thread with my tank journey.

I would look for a reef club in the area, you may have to go as far as Sac, but maybe Stockton.If you want to come up to Tahoe/Reno we will have a meeting in Aug.

Love the flag. My husband is a vet and I am a nurse at the VA hospital.

when is your meeting in Reno/Tahoe? My husband and I might make a bike trip out of it.

I am a local reefer, I would suggest you join http://www.scnrs.com/ , Southern california nano reef society... Also there is a large reef show coming up in costa mesa on the 11-12 of October. That would be a good place to pic up some frags if your tank is cycled and ready. Let me know if you need more info.
