they are out of their original box, and have been used once to test if they work.

i can't seem to edit my original post. so here is it again, with pricing.

two Iwasaki 250W metal halide bulbs - 6.500K : $80 for both
two IceCap 250 electronic metal halide ballasts : $180 for both
two IceCap 430 electronic fluorescent ballast : $230 for both

i feel this is a fair price, they are basically brand new

get everything at once, and i ship it for free.
shipping on individual items shouldn't bee too much either, possibly $10 or so.
