Got plenty of chaeto for you up here in Eau Claire, but that probably doesn't do you any good. My 'fuge is overflowing with the stuff, so I harvest it about once a week. If you know anyone from my area heading over your way, he/she could pick some up for you free of charge. Otherwise I'm sure someone in the Appleton area has a fuge full of chaeto and could give you a handful for free; it grows like a weed anyway...
