I have to downsize 150 FS

Hey all. unfortunately I have fallen on some difficult times and need a little extra money. I have to downsize. I don't want to get out of the hobby completely, but I have to go smaller. I am looking for something around 40 gallons, perferably more cube shaped, but beggers can't be chossers right. plus I might need a sump. I bought all this in feb so hardly used. got the tank from paradise aquatics with built in overflows.
I want to sell my whole set up. 150 gallon tall grilled with 2 overflows (2 1/2 " bulkhead in each), 2 x 400 watt MH, oak stand, tunze 6060 100LB live rock, 80 LB. live sand, 2 tomato clowns, one yellow tang, miscellaneous (~10) SPS frags, torch coral, huge frogspawn, assorted mushrroms, xenia, DIY kalk reactor (39"tall), 100 gallon rubbermaid sump w/float switch and overflow spout, 300 watt heater. I would really like to get 2500 out of the whole set up, and I know it is asking a lot, but I need to move it ASAP and get another set up at the same time.
maybe a Little Giant pump ~1250 GPH if I don't use it on the new set up
Whatever you all can do to help, I appreciate.

Ya, I am going to have to part it out. I will post a list of prices tonight.

Ya, it sucks to have to downsize, but I am not getting out completely, and I will be back up in the big tanks some day. This is just thesmart move for me right now. No worries.

Hey all, unfortunately, i don't know if anyone is interested in a whole set-up. I am going to go ahead and part it out, BUT i can't actually let anyone pick-up the smaller items until the tank itself is sold and then I can break it down. I will try to post pictures of everything later today. Also, there is a section below where I listed Items that I am not sure about selling. These items are ones that I may still be able to use in a smaller tank, but am not quite sure exactly what I will need till I get another tank. Everything here has purchased new in February 2006. So, with that said, here you go. None of these prices include shipping. If you want something and feel the price is high, please don't hesitate to make an offer.

150 Gallon tall (48x24x30) 2 overflows : 500 OBO
Stand (oak) 100
Lights 2 x 400 watt MH fixture
w/ 14k hamilton mogul 400 OBO
Sand (~100lb.) 100
Live Rock $4 per
(~100lb. depending on what tank i get) 400
Frogspawn (huge over 12" extended) 70
Torch coral 50
xenia 5
Red mushrooms 10
Green striped mushrooms 10
Assorted SPS Frags ~5 20 per
Green cap 40
Coralife UV twist 18Watt 50

Possible:
Sump (100 gallon rubbermaid with float switch 50
Pump (little giant ~1250 GPH) 100
DIY kalk reactor (39"tall) 50
Tunze 6060 100
Orange Cap 40
Purple (idaho grape) 40
yellow tang (4") 15
2 tomato clowns 30
