FS: 4x4' Prop Tank

This is the ultimate prop tank for someone looking to sell corals or raise frags. I am no longer in the business and it's just taking up a lot of space in my house. All items are in extremely good condition and have less than three months use on them. All items are approximately a year old, but have sat dormant.

48x48x9" acrylic tank built by ReefMania. It has 1" acrylic sides and a 3/8" bottom. The tank is absolutely amazing. It has no center braces or side braces. Tank has 8 3/4" Inputs with with true union ball valves and heavy duty bulkheads. It has 2 1.5" overflows with durso standpipes and heavy duty bulkheads. Also drilled for a 1.5" closed loop. Also includes wooden stand which cost me about $60 to build. New tank including stand was over $600.

3/8" Acrylic Sump with dimensions 48Lx24Wx16T. Like new built by ReefMania. Has 2 1.5" hole exits and 4 1.5" hole entrances with heavy duty bulkheads. It also has 2 overflow style dividers to reduce bubbles returning to the tank of the tank. Also has a 1.5" side hole meant for a skimmer return. New was $400.

There is also well over $600 of plumbing valves, bulkheads and PVC, which are also included.

Skimmer, Lighting, and Pump are not include, they were already sold.
