Well unfortunetly because of the mold problem in my apartment, my landlord wants the tank out asap. So i'm going to downsize to a nano.

Livestock has to go first:

Fairy Wrasse 3" - $40 (got this from Epidemic, i dont know exact type)
Japanese Pygmy Angel ~2.5" - $150 (from sizzlersonthebrain)

I sent PAul a PM at 9:33pm last night and received a PM back from Paul at 9:54pm, he never stated the tank was sold to me. I PM him back asking for more pictures and told him I'd PM him back in a half hour letting him know for sure if I'd take the tank.

I did just that, and now you say you are buying it, what gives here??

I sure hope Paul PM's me explain what is happening.

how old is chiller and is it good for 125AGA?

The chiller is about 2 years old, I bought it this past summer, but never hooked it up.
They are rated for ~100 gallons. But I know many use them on larger systems without problems, like Casey. On a 125, it should be fine.
