45g setup for sale

I had this tank drilled but never put water into it. I had my saltwater setup in my 38g but am now back to freshwater.

What I have is a 45g tall tank,
an oak finish pine stand and canopy,
a Coralife Super Skimmer for up to 65g,
a Coralife 36" long PC light fixture.

The tank is drilled with a calfo style overflow. The overflow contains two drains with bulkheads, and there are three returns with bulkheads. One return is down towards the bottom with intentions of having a spraybar.

For the tank, stand and canopy I am asking $250. Skimmer and light are $75 each, or take it all for $350. Pickup only please.
