Skimmer and pumps for sale or trade
ok, i have been trying to get this skimmer running just right. I heard that a mag 9.5 would do the trick. So I tore down the external pump i had running decently with the skimmer and bought a mag 9.5. Too much flow. The water was going all the way up to the collection cup. I am tired of not having a skimmer and just need something that will be efficient and do the job. I have no sump so it has to be a hob unit that can handle a 50g with no problem. Preferably something rated to a 150-200g though so i can have a couple more fish. Here goes, All is OBO:
Blue Line SD pump, bought from a lady on here for 65. ran it for a couple weeks. 60
Brand new mag 9.5, ran for less than 2 minutes- 85
Berlin HOB Skimmer, triple pass chambers- 90
