As a prior pet store owner (closed due to divorce - so she did not get 50% of profits), I have the licenses, experiences and contacts to offer not only retail but wholesale (beating the Tampa and Miami wholesalers therefore would become a resource for lfs in North Florida to Georgia!)
I have already scoped the local area for commercial real estate to include market specs, flow and cost of purchase and/or lease. I also have expense v profit statistics, market analysis, and more already done!
