Brand New in the box with papers, well almost brand new, i did take it out of the box and and plug it up for about 5 mins, just not as intense as i need for my tank, think i 'am going to go with the 150watt mh, bought it off of e-bay for 160.00 plus 28.34 shipping for a total of 188.34 but i will sell it for a 120$ i need to move this asap i need another light and don't have the money.
