400 watt Grow Lights

I've got two grow light systems for sale. They are sunlight supply .
www.sunlightsupply.com These come with two hanging reflectors two 400w
bulbs and both ballast.
I will tell you that you cant use the ballast for aquarium lighting thats how I came apon them, I was wrong.
both are plug and play just plug them in and they come on.
I'm asking 300.00 for both, new they were 600.00 for the set.
Have have not been used for growing or aquarium lighting.
As good as new.

Are these still for sale? What model are they and why can't they be used for reef lighting?
