Turboflotor 1000 skimmer

I am selling my newly purchased Turboflotor Protein skimmer. It was purchased off Ebay as a customer return and has all parts and is still like new. There is a small crack in the collection cup which does not leak or affect operation in any way. I just can't get it adjusted right and I really think it's a bit big for my 29G tank.

I paid $79 +shipping for it on Ebay but I'll sell it for $75 shipped to someone with a larger tank who has the room for it, and you will need a needle wheel pump. This is a $169.99 skimmer. If no one is interested here I'll put it back on Ebay. I'm located in VA and I have 100% positive on Ebay if that makes a difference. If you wanna message me here or email me.

I'm setting up my first marine tank and I've heard that this is one of the best in-sump skimmers available. But, like you said, I've also heard that it can be a pain to adjust. How hard have you tried to figure it out and how would you measure your success? Is it skimming anything at all? I'm very interested, this seems like a great deal
