Regular Meeting Night

Since almost everyone is interested in a meeting, I'm posting a poll to see what night of the week would work best. After we determine that, we can decide 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of the month. Obviously I won't be able to attend but I'd really like to see this club take off!

Cannot do Tuesdays.

Any other day can work if we can plan for it.

which day doesn't really matter to me.

do the people running the club have a preferance?

also seems like we need more places to have them, pet stores I think we should skip on, because is a store won't give the club a discount of any kind I will continue to get my stuff from dirk and online (prices & customer service are way better)

and many thanks to medicineman for trying to set something up !!! from the islands even.

I feel that giving us a meeting place without charging IS like a discount. Have you priced meeting places lately? They can be WAY expensive! As far as where you shop, that's your own personal business; just 'cuz the club meets in a particular store doesn't mean members HAVE to purchase from that store!

As far as my efforts to assist the club, I was one of the original members, three of us who met at my house on 9/11/01 for our first meeting. So, it's kind of personal to me!

Update

So, we have 7 votes so far. Seems Friday, Saturday and Sunday are out. Monday has 1 vote, Tuesday and Thursday 2 votes and Wednesday is in the lead with 3 votes.

It's looking like the middle of the week will be best but there's still a week of voting left. As they say in Chicago, "Vote early and vote often, even if you're dead!"

P.S. Since I live 4500 miles away, I'm not casting a vote!

I move to have this poll struck from the record and replace it with a multiple choice poll. Let people select every day they can meet and try to hit the day(s) that the most people could do.

All in favor?

I have no problem with that; could you set it up?
