Meetings?

Seems that not many are interested in a meeting. Ben's poll elicited 4 members response (thank you Ben, Oyam123, Chump and Aquanuts!) while mine elicited 8 (thank you whoever you are!) It seems to me that part of the purpose of a club would involve regular get-togethers. Regular get-togethers would help determine kinds of activities everyone would like and help develop a closeness with fellow reefers.

Both polls seem to lead to Wednesday as being the best day of the week for a regular meeting. By setting a regular meeting day each month, everyone could plan around that one day of the month (short of family events, etc. which are generally a one time thing) and all could get together.

Is anyone interested in taking the club in this direction? Or is everyone's life so busy they can't take one day a month to chat and get to know fellow reefers?

At this point, just keeping water in the tanks sometimes falls off the list of things I can get done in a week.

Yes, your tanks should have water in them.

I hope we can all meet soon.

Do you think that, if you knew for sure, the 3rd Wednesday of the month was a meeting, you could set aside a couple of hours for it? Not only does all work and no play make Johnny a dull boy, it makes Mikey one, too!

On the plus side, ain't it grand that you're blessed with so much in life?
