Looks good so far!
Take pics along the way, and plenty of them...I'd like to know how many hours you'll end up putting into it. I'd like to do something on a small scale this summer.

well day 3....we will be down 3' today on 10x8.

hope to do 5-6' in a 5x8 on friday.

total man hours 20 by end of friday.

WOW! That's deep...are Koi ponds normally that deep? Or are you planning to go swimming??

They say water freezes till 3' so if you leave the fish in all year in has to be that deep?
mine is just over three feet and it freezes all the way.

and no I still don't see any pics, I got the emails though.

ok 10x10 pond goes from 3.5' down to 5.5'
got old rugs to put down then liner.
do to work i think it will be off till next weekend.

Wow, I was wondering if you were going to dig it a lot deeper on one end given that you built on a hill. That's looks pretty impressive so far. Look forward to watching it come along.
