Coming to Visit

Hi All;

I have tickets and will be visiting your area from May 27th through June 5th. I'd really like to see everyone and maybe even a couple of aquariums. Hopefully you can work out a "special" meeting of the club!

Hi Jodi;

Gee, you should really quit holding your emotions back; it'll give you a heart attack! I'm looking forward to seeing you and the gang!!

Oh, I went diving the other day and got to hold onto an octopus and pet a frog fish the size of a salad plate. Pretty awesome experience! The octopus felt alot like holding onto jello and the frog fish felt like a rubber mat. I also saw a sun polyp colony (they call them orange cup corals here) that covered an area about the size of a basketball court. About a third were extended and feeding. Also included were a slipper lobster the size of a junior football, countless white-tip and gray reef sharks, more different varieties of butterfly fish, tangs and wrasses than I could possibly begin listing and, of course, sps coral fields that were larger than a football field (lots of acro of various shades of pink, blue and brown with brown porites interspersed throughout). There's very few softies here (if it weren't for the occasional button polyp colony, there'd be none) but there are some red and purple sponges. All in all it was one of my best dives here!

Hope everyone and their tanks are doing well!

Larry

Please note the operative word there is "visit"; Minnesota has some of the most awesome people in the world. Maybe that's because the climate is so God-awful...

What, the statue of Paul Bunyan and the blue ox named Babe isn't enough reason?

Gee, Michael, my arrival is still 6 weeks out! If you start today, it'll be time to start all over again by the time I get there....

Hope all is well!

Actually, in that time I should do at least a few cleanings. I will have to tell the kids(Blue Tang, Scopas Tang, Pajama Cardinal, Clarki Clow) that their dad is comming to visit. I am sure they will pitch in to help maintain a clean tank
