Wiring a Workhorse 7


i need help wiring a WH7 to (2) T5ho bulb sockets.

i think i know how to wire the power cords ( one whie and one black) they go to an adapter power plug right?

the other wires ( 4 red and 1 yellow ) i have no idea

fulham is the maker of that ballast and that is where i go when i forget, they have all of the schematics on their site in PDF format.

The red are power and the yellow is return to the bulbs. Depending on how many bulbs you have, you can wire 4x 55w bulbs into one ballast. One red wire ='s 55w's

IE; you have four bulbs, you will have one red wire cross both pins on one side of each of the bulbs. The other end you will daisy chain the two pins with the yellow wire- so all 4 bulbs - one end are in yellow wire while the "other" end just has the one red wire to "both" pins

If my memory does not fail I think WH ballast are made for PC lights, not fluorescent.

Then my VHO's should not be working and everyone else who has T5's should not be working as well. Think that you need to reshearch again
