I'm just trying to figure out what is best. I would like to have a plan so I can get the guy holding pieces. It will be a slow build, cause I already have a skimmer, but woudl like to upgrade.

Same thing I discovered ... but check this out. I have a genx 2400 NW on order for $50 an the other parts seem to be under $50

Removal of becket, replacement of becket, cleaning of becket. Putting the becket within the tube like the pic you showed would not be a good idea. Attaching the becket through a bulkhead is best since it is easily accessible.
