Looks really good. The only thing I would have done different is on the 2x4's that are doubled up on the bottom. I would lay the inside 2x4 down instead of placing it on edge. You could then place a solid wood floor on top of them and it will give you are few extra inches inside the frame front to rear.

You don't want the bottom covered in plywood. If the floor you sit it on isn't flat, it will warp the stand and possibly cause it to wobble. You want the "floor" of the stand raised up a little. Looks nice so far.

although it would seem that a plywood bottom would hold the exact same plane as a framed bottom since its boxed in completely.

An overbuilt stand, just the way I would do it.
On my next fuge I am going to make the divider on the out side have the water flow under. That way when I have cheato it will not spill over the top in the return pump area. Just an idea for yours.
Anyone know a reason not to do the divider that way? I would add a spillover partition after this divider.

Finished the plywood work today, Here are some pics...
Got a tank for the sump of craigslist today for $20!!
Tomorrow, I will be buying trim and paint
Gotta hurry, the tank will be here Wednesday.
