Are you sure the tank is not sitting on anything? Like a BB or wood shavings, or nail ontop of the stand?

How unlevel is it?

Just go buy some 1/2" hard foam from the hardware store and lay it on top. Then build a trim ring around the tank and top of the stand to clean up the looks. I would then run a 3 day leak test in the garage. I can't tell if that is acrylic or glass, but if it's acrylic, it likely just warped a little and will flatten back out. But, any flat bottomed tank (without a trim or support ring), I place on the foam anyway

It's just foam insulation that they sell at HD and lowes and stuff. It comes in 4X8 sheets and you just cut it to fit on top. It will help alleviate any high/low spots. I have it on my 190 and I had it on my 450. It's about $8 for a 4X8 sheet.

Under the whole tank. Let me see if I can find a pic of mine. I'm not sure I took a picture of it before putting the tank on it.
