Been busy most of the day making a nice mess in the garage. The body is 10" dia cast acrylic, the neck is 6" cast as all the flat stuff is. Except for the cone, it's extruded and it's the best material to use to make a cone.
The collection cup and neck are one piece and slips into a friction fit neck. It's made of three pieces of acrylic, 1/4" on the outside and 3/8" on the inside. The "O" ring material is 1/4" and comes in 100' rolls but you can buy what you need. I forgot to take pix's while I was making everything -
but you see the finished product. Just have to order the 2x Sedra's 9000 and take the measurements off the pump for the drilling the holes for the seals.
