Silicone wait time

After I have siliconed something into my tank (lexan) How long should I wait until giving it a water test? Thanks in advance

I was wondering the same thing. Just siliconed my overflow last night.

i would wait 24 hours. you do not want to stress sillycone when it is used with a polycarbonate. they do not stick together very well, so you want it to get as good a grip as possible.
