Several questions...

1. I have a 20 AGA that I am going to drill for an overflow. I know I can drill the bottom, what about the back of the tank?

2. Is there a special pump for a closed loop circuit? I want to use a Mag 5 or Mag 7 is this okay? I am afraid of leaks and didn't know if a particular pump was 'leak proof' and specifically designed for a CLC.

3. Is there a special pipe/glue to use for a CLC?

4. Any thing else I need to know about putting a CLC together?

5. www.savko.com has several choices for bulkheads. Specifically in the 'black' ones that they are calling lightweight, there are three kinds. They all look the same to me, what is the difference?

Thanks, thanks, and more thanks.

as long as you know that they are not tempered, you can drill anywhere.

generally when looking for a CLS pump you look for a pump with high flow with low head pressure. Mags fit into this category.

nope, normal PVC stuff.

my philosophy. high intakes. make the intakes either bigger than the outlets, or have more than one. this limits the amount of suck.
