scratch remover with H20 still in tank?

Anyone ever used an acrylic scratch remover kit?

I have some scratches in my tank, Thought about draining it 1/2 way and removing some scratches instead of buying a new tank.

Any luck out there?

this is the one i see recommended the most for removing scratches. i do not know if it can be used with water in the tank or not. might need to check with the manufacturer. i am a glass tank kinda guy.

The surface restoral kit by micro-surface is the only kit I've used on my reeftank and I have used it on the inside with no problems. What's nice is if you wear out one grade of abrasive you don't have to buy a whole new kit. $15
