Mini Freezer .....need help designing

Anyone out there a fridge or freezer expert?

I am looking to design something that is maybe 6in x 10in x 1inch that can be used as a freezer.

What would be the cheapest most economical way of doing this?

i am a bit confused on what you are looking to do? does the cooling section need to have those dimensions or the entire unit?
