MH lighting

Ok I cant find everything I want (specifically a 175w 14000k hqi bulb) for 175w mh so I was thinking 150w hqi to put on my via aqua 18 aquarium. What do you guys think of these products to get the links to work you must first visit www.reeftanklighting.com and then click on the links below.

I was thinking this ballast (the first one on the page)

This bulb

these sockets (the first ones on the page

http://www.reeftanklighting.com/shop...kets+%26+Clips

and power chord I can make my own for free so im not worried about that part of it. is there anything im missing besides reflector? I am basically going to do with uchicha did for his aquarium as one of the pc ballast is bad and its beginning to piss me off because of the constant having to turn it back on after it shorts out. plus I dont want to risk a fire. I realize they make hqi ballasts for 175w but no bulbs or sockets. dont make sense.

The power cord comes with it but the wire ballast to the socket doesn't and you can't make it. You gotta buy it from them. It has a special connector on one end with 3 prongs - flat , horzontal prongs.

uhhh yes you can make it. Besides the fact I now alot of electricians and I am becoming one myself it is easy to do. You dont need any special connector as you can easily make one yourself with hardware from any hardware store.
