Question

Making a 20 gallon tall sump{Help}?


I am making a 20 gallon sump, can someone give me a pic of theirs?

to make a sump just put the stuff in it.

most people that build thier own sumps have specific equipment that they designed the sump around. this may not work with he equipment you plan on putting in the sump. if you can list the equipment you would like to put in the sump, we can prolly come up with a system that will work.

20h are a little harder to work with than a 20L, but still doable.

Thanks Geoff, I just talked to my buddy at my LFS store & he said he would sell me a brand new 20 long for $20.00, Cant beat that, so i will go from there.

i am thinking about making the change as well because i currently have a wet/dry box with bio balls and ideas on DIY sumps for a 72 gal bow front
