Im considering constructing my own moon lights. My question is are these moon lights just standard 470 nm blue leds?

I just added 4 moon light's to my hood, They are coralife aqualight's 3/4 watt luner/blue moon-glow led light's, They were only $12.99 each, They are very cool, I got them from bigalsonline.com, Check them out! I am going to take some photo's at night this week end and post them,
Brent.

Ummm, don't ask me how i know,,,one of the two "moonlites" on the market that are considered to be the only ones that benefit for lunar type lights have specs of:
Royal blue Lamberdan pattern
440-445 nm
115-145 nW- Royal Blues are rated in mW, not lumens
3.75-3.99 v forward voltage at rated power of 350 mA

LuxIII LEDs cost about $18,,,,,

You did not hear this from me,,,
