is this pump enough for sump return

I got a rio 6hf its 350 gph at 1' and 150 at 4'.
The plan is a 30 Gal sump w/ 10 gal H20, and a 20 gal display.
1" holes or less?
I want to return to a spray bar, posibly a diy skim.

Pretty weak for a return, thats not very much flow at 0' let alone 3-4, and if you are going to push the return thru a spray bar ypu will want a lot more, maybe a mag 7 or 9, you will lose a flow from plumbing friction loss and the spray bar will slow it down as well. Dont forget the siphon break on your return.
FWIW Rio's have a horrible reputation for catastrophic failures

another problem with using PH as return pumps is that it is somtimes difficult to get adaptors that fit the PH to convert them to PVC pipe sizes. most find PVC much easier to work with than vinyl tubing.

thanks guys, cant say I am not disapointed, the truth hurts.
Just got that pump from for free, what if I used the 4hf as well?
The plan was to keep the 30 high 1/3 full so it could hold the entire display if needed, but if you say no good I will listen.
