Make sure and seal it inside and out and saturate the end grain and edges of plywood with whatever you seal it with to protect it from the salt water. I used a heavy lacquer on mine.

Also, be double sure about the fit. Better to be slightly bigger than slightly smaller. Just my opinion.

I got mine mostly together check the 10 gallon build in my signature

Hey Man, it's off the ground that's all that matters. I've kept that same ten in the middle of the dining room table lol. I actually upgraded to a 15high, it comes in Tuesday. The wife already had plans to overstock it so i decided to add a little volume
