How to attach kalkwasser dripping near power head

I made simplest kalkwasser dripping system, like that:
http://www.reefwebsites.com/agu/kalkdrip/

How do you fasten dripping end near high flow (above powerhead, I think), secure? It's at small distance off the wall, and eggcrate (as on webpage above) will interfere with lights placement.

If drip into the sump - flow is too low (I have Eheim 1250 and 100 mk sock, that slows flow) and I have chaeto there.

Is there better way?
Thanks.

drip it in the sump just before the return pump. i just have my kalk reactor dumping directly in the sump. nowhere special just the most convenient place. it should have plenty of time to dissipate in any moving water.
