How can i do a Sprinkler arm?

Sorry.
Here is a picture. The sprinkler is on the topp of the filter


The Eco Cooler from Deltec has it to on the topp of the cooler

it looks like just a spray bar with a differant name.

Some body will explain it better,but there's a bushing in the tee and the force of the water and angle they are drlled,make it spin.But I hear there more of a pain then anything.jets get cloged and calcium can bind it up.Unless it's on a FO tank you don't need the bio stuff anyway.

Well i am not sure about how the part goes from the right angle to the spinner but that is what the one on my filter looks like. Sorry for the small and crude drawing
