For some reason it costs ten times as much for a connection a tenth as fast if you get commercial cable vs. home as your ISP.

if you haven't already.
Most of the bleaching problems seem to be with 10k coralvue bulbs. And many of those were running mogul bulbs on HQI ballasts.
The manufacturer joins the thread later and is pretty adamant about not using their bulbs on hqi ballasts. (including the 20K's)

I'm swapping out my coralvue bulb for a xm bulb. It only starts once in awhile and after reading that thread about the possibility of inadequate uv shielding makes me glad that I'm going that route.
