ground coupled heat echange

anyone useing ground coupled heat echange to cool thier tanks?

I dont know if im even going to need to do any extra cooling on the tank in summer. But this sounds pretty cheap and easy if its DIYd. Was wondering if anyone had done any research or actually implemented this and would like to share details.

edit: hmm i seem to have missed a letter in the title. (x)

edit2: found some threads on reefcentral about it.
