Now if you can't drill your tank..... I don't have the tools to drill my tank nor know how to. Is there a way to do this as a hang over like the return pipes?

Good question, I would assume so, but getting the siphon started could be a bit tricky... heck of a long way to run 2 airlines up to start the process. If the return pump shut down i dont think it would auto start again like the bulkhead drain or a standard overflow. Those are the issues I see with it. It would be sweet though.
