DIY Power Panel??
I am looking for some DIY power panel plans. I know that I have seen a few before but I cannot find any now. Does anyone else know where I can review some of these plans?
regards

I've built one like Greg's and like it, but if I had to do it again, I'd likely incorporate these: http://www.acekaraoke.com/american-d...er-center.htmlas they are more compact and would allow concealing the wires better.

The only thing lacking in the karaoke power panel is space for timers. Your lights would have to be rigged differently, not sure of the ideal setup for that, maybe a hybrid of the power panel and something like Gregs.

I have seen that "Hybird" the power panel and gregt's panel. You can get some of that "wire" wrap to run all the wire's in a cleaner setup, it's round and split on one side (down the middle) makes it eaiser. hth

I do not have plans, but here is a pic of my DIY panel / ballast enclosure, I have my 2 MH ballasts, 2 VHO ballasts, and a 12V power supply inside it, I have a fan on the other side blowing in near the bottom and a vent near the top, there are seperate timers for the halides, vho's, moonlights, refugium lighting, and fans, I also incorporated a GFCI and a main power switch in the box, hope this helps with some ideas.
