There is a DIY Kalk reactor plan over at nano-reef.com. The total price was under $20 or so.

Geoff, I think if it is like Your skimmer or something that You have the parts list for and plans that will be good, Make it easy to go out and buy, But if we do something that You have nothing for we can just all wing it and work on it as a group,

How about a group build with suggested parts lists and plans but leave it open for discusion and ideas. All these minds working together are bound to come up with some great ideas!

Sounds great! Maybe come up with a parts list that can be tweaked up or down according to tank size.

How about a water top-off? I was planning on using Geoff's Kalk Reactor as a water top-off as well, but if someone else has any ideas I'd love to see them!!
