Create Light?

I'm looking for somebody to make a 30" lighting systems for me. My tank is a 54AGA Corner. I need lots of loght for minimal price.
Any takers?

I have a 250w 10k MH and two 40w PC actinics mounted in a single MH spider reflector in my 50gal corner and it gives me plenty of light. Like, WAY plenty. If you really wanted to blind everything you could toss a 400w MH but I think it would be overkill.

I would be willing to make you one, but the shipping costs from MN to NY wouldn't be much fun.

I would just go onto hellolights.com and get a retro kit for a 250mh bulb, then go to HomeDepot and pick up 2 NO ballasts and run 4 NO actinic 20" or bigger what ever you can cram into that hood you make/have

If you need to make a hood, just frame up how you want it to look, then wrap it up in some think ply and stain/paint. There are a few DIY pages on the net of how people have made their own hoods, just find one that deals with a corner tank and make the size to fit yours.
