Cooling fan question

I have a PC lighting fixture that I got pretty cheap on ebay. I believe it is one of those "made in china" deals. Works pretty well, but the cooling fans, which are requried when both the daylights and the actinics are on, stopped functioning. I went to radio shack and found replacements that were exactly the same size. I popped them in and they seem to be working great. However, they are not exactly the same as the ones I removed.

The original fans were 0.72 W and 12 V (0.06 A)

The new fans are 1.56 W and 12 V (0.13 A)

Anyone think this will be a problem? Like I said, they seem to work fine, I'm just concerned about safety. I've had them running for an hour or so now without any problems.

At that low of current I don't see any problems, most likely the inverter is rated at 300mA if not more. It would be different if they were pulling 1/2 an amp.

The ones you have now will have more torque than your previous ones and are probably moving more air (a good thing).
