center brace broken on my 90. How to fix?

I just aquired a 90RR corner overflow tank where the center brace is starting to crack at the point where it meets the front and back. since the brace crack is at teh front and back edge, there is not any way to use nylon screws to attach a new acrylic piece. What are my options? Anyone have pics of theirs with a design solution that would work in this case?

do you have enough surface area to glue an acrylic strap on the top of the plastic rim piece? using some Weld-On 16 should hold for this application.

has it broken across already or is about to. if it has not yet, than you should hurry and get the strap on there before it bows and makes it harder to reallign the tank again.
