Canopy Vent Hole Covers: What to use?

In my new canopy I plan to have two 120mm fans blowing and having two additional passive holes for venting. I would like to cover the holes for a more finished look and reduce light spill.

Suggestions?

Mike, depending on the size of the holes, you might look in the section of HD,Lowes or a similar building supply and see if they have plastic louver vents that will work, usually over by the roofing and venting section.
Another thought is get some sheet foam, large open cell, hi flow thru stuff and improvise a slick looking mounting for it, that will block some light and minimize the dust getting sucked in and collecting on the fans, that was always my big complaint with fans

I used the vents with fins that are used on the outside of houses the plastic ones.
