any idea how to build a pseudokreisel?

It has been a long day of reading, and reading, adn reading...
You get the picture right...
Anyway I am interested in, first finding out what this is, and second if it is feasible for me to build in a 10 gal.
Pourpose for raising cleaner shrimp, and posibly clown fish in the future.
And all the relevant info is in German, Argh...

I thought the Kreisel was a special tank design that made it possible to keep jellyfish.
Look in old think tank posts, Galleon was pretty good with these, given his favorite sea creature was the Potuguese man o war
