The tank is WAY too small for a mandarin... Otherwise it looks good, but I like a natural look, so I would replace the pot with more rock Otherwise things look good.

You can keep SPS with PC if it's up very high. I kept an acro for years at about 5" I agree to some point though, it depends on the coral, the distance and the nutrients.

i have 2 actinic 18watts and 2 daylight 18watts and everything on the bottom is at max 12-14in away from lighting and i have some LR in the area with the bio balls. everything seems to like the setup the bta has split after a month of getting it(its clone moved into the jar).as for the mandarin whats the smallest tank for it as i said i have a 37g on its way just need to cycle for a month or so im takeing my time on this one.

IMO a 55-75 gallon tank with LOTS of rock. Their main food is pods... Live pods. Some will eat prepared food, but I've noticed that they don't seem to last as long.

Your Anemone is bleached. You don't have enough lighting to keep an anemone alive long term.

Hey reefermen, welcome to TRT!!!
I know some of the suggestions are probably not what you want to hear, but I tend to agree with them. If that's a bubble tip anemone, it does look bleached, and sometimes they will split in desparation. I'm not sure you've enough light for it long term. It's the same story with the clam, which I'm guessing is a crocea or maxima. And I hate to beat a dead horse, but the frogspawn looks to be extra inflated, as though it's starved for light.
Also, with the mandarin, having some pods to start is great, but being able to sustain a mandarin long term will take a good amount of space to perpetuate their population or else the mandarin will wipe them out. I'd consider returning it to the LFS, but maybe you'll get lucky and be the exception to the rule and get it to feed on some sort of prepared diet.
Anyways, we're glad to have you, and I hope we can help you out! Keep researching and asking questions, I've only just become successful since discovering the world of online reefkeeping assistance!!

thanks for the help. i thought that he looked bleached but the guy at the lfs said thats how he looks cause he looked like that from the store, and would the clam and bta be able to live in a 37g with 6-24'' 20 watt (2 actinics,2 dayglows and 2 18k power glows) i feed live photo to them and i try to spot feed the clam i also give my bta silver sides and will they all last a month as it cycles more.as for the mandarin hes going back to the lfs i dont like killing things

Oh sorry I forgot WELCOME TO TRT
And like CRVZ said, sorry if our comments bum you out but the fact of the matter is that all of use want to see new reefers succed Knowledge is key, know what your buying and what will will require before you buy it and don't always take the LFS workers word as gospel (there not always right) If some one told you those corals and inverts would be ok in your nano they are neglagent! and should be burned at the stake
In my opinion..
The calm may last month or 2
The SPS maybe a millipora? hard to see a month tops
the BTA 1-2 month maybe longer if your feding it
the FS may be ok if you move it as high as you can
We dont want all these creatures to die and you get frustrated.
