I've had them for 3+ years. The fish in question is a yellow coris wrasse

Thank you everyone. It's not often my fish will actually pose 
As requested here is a FTS. I have made a few suttle changes recently but you can still get a general idea from this picture taken last month. Thanks for looking.

What is the filtration like? How long has it been setup? What is your lighting? What is your fish load?
