Moving fish pics?

It seems that every time I take a pic where there is a fish in it comes out blurry. I've seen plenty of pics where the fish look just fine. I have a Sony Cybershot. Any suggestions or tips? Thanks in advance
Rod.

faster I mean not slower, sorry! Also hold the button down part way for a sec till it locks on focus then push it all the way down to snap the pic.

Thank you. If I increase the shutter speed is there going to be enough light for the shot you think?

yeah, have your shutter speed on action shots to shot anything that's moving.
