I use a Canon Rebel XT. It was one of the first shots I took with the camera, so I shot it with the kit 18-55mm lens (Im savin for a shiny new 100mm f/2.8 macro lens) But as for tips... use a tripod, cut out all the lights in the room other than the aquariums, dont be afraid to bump up the ISO (this is to allow a little more light to the sensor) but i wouldnt go above 400 or it starts to get grainy. I shot in aperature priority with the lowest aperature (hints the dark background, the black aquarium back helped too) Take lots of pictures and dont give up!
