help with my camera

Hey all, I recently bought a Kodak EasyShare 8.0-Megapixel Digital Camera. It takes awesome Macro shots as long as the lights in my tank are off. Is there something specific I need to do to get good pictures with my lights on? Any suggestions?

learn how to set your white balance, then set it to something white in your tank. That should take care of the blue color from your lights. Then, play around with different shutter speeds and no flash until you find something that has decent exposure/isn't washed out/isn't blurry. tripods help tremendously. those are just the basic things that i know and utilize.

Do you have a manual focus option on your cam? That will solve any AF (auto focus) problems.

Tripods are a great option for tank shooting.
