Fuzzy Purple Pics

Hey Gumhead!

All my pics are coming out purple and none are in focus. I think I know what I'm doing wrong, but want to run it by you before I get home this evening.

I guess I should turn off 1 of the actnics....also, maybe I'm getting too close to the glass (I'm butting the camera right up to it)

My digital is a Nikon 775. I've tried macro mode, landscape mode, daylight, you name it. Maybe I should try a tripod as well.

I have Photoshop, but can't seem to sharpen using the - Filter - Sharpen tool. Is this the right tool? How do you get such clear images?

Photoshop will not fix the blur in your photos. It can change the color though.

Try using your flash and a tripod. Blur comes from you moving the camera while the shutter is open, so if you aren't holding the camera, the blur should go away. Also if you can set your camera on a timer, that would help so that you don't actually have to touch the camera to take the picture.
