You may want to resize it and keep it in .jpeg format. I can't remember TRT's pic size limit off the top of my head. If you want it to just appear in the post, you'll have to upload the picture to a place like photobucket or pbase, both are free picture hosting websites. Once you've uploaded the picture, copy the IMG tags and paste them in the post. If you delete the picture from the web host, or if their server goes down, you'll only see a red "X" where the picture should be.
I think you can also upload images to TRT and copy links into the posts which will give you a thumbnail view of the picture and when you click on it, you get the full sized pic that you uploaded.
