Digital Camera Owners!! LOOK !!

My Sony MVC-CD500 stopped working and in researching the problem It seems many cameras Not just Sony's have a bad component

I called Sony and they are repairing the camera at no charge even though it is out of warranty

Interesting, i dont have any of those cameras but what was the most interesting to me was that i have been displeased in a BIG way with dealing with olympus on a couple fo diferent customer service issues, but they seemed to be the first to step up to the plate on this issue from what i just read.....

I've been lucky with my Sony (DSC F828). I believe Sony supply a number of components for many digital camera manufactures so if Sony have a problem with a particular component, other brands will suffer too.
